How it all began…
In 1984 Keith and Julia Schultz moved to Cape Coral, FL “Paradise” to begin their family. Keith began a new and exciting career in Air Conditioning and Refrigeration. As Julia stayed home raising three wonderful sons; Adam, Mervin & Aaron.
In 1992 Keith decided to start his own business, Schultz Refrigeration & Air Conditioning. He wanted all of his customers to know that they could trust him, so he proudly put his name on the trucks. Julia maned the phones and even helped in the field. Yes! She has been in many of the attics too.
In 1999 the business had grown out of their garage and they moved to the office on Pine Island Road where we still operate today.

Where we are now…
After 32 years of service Keith has stepped back to enjoy retirement and consulting. Adam proudly decided to carry on after his Dad, naming their new venture, Schultz Air Conditioning.
Adam brings new innovations to the business. He is well versed in the Wi-Fi applications such as Thermostats and Zoning. He is certified in the new variable drive comfort systems and is able to service all A/C units.
In 2016 Schultz Air Conditioning began with a new generation at the helm. We are proudly celebrating 25+ years as a family owned business.
